Amadey Maritime Agency provides clients with services related to sea personnel recruitment and crew manning. Our Agency is fully licensed by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine for manning activities License AB No.348984 from 05.06.2006.

 We offer various crew management combinations which can be designed specifically to your needs. We can either provide some of the crew or arrange placement a full crew complement. In all cases, we work very closely with you maintaining contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

Our seafarers database contains information of more than 3 000 seafarers and cadets. All of them are carefully screened and certified in accordance to STCW-95 requirements. Our candidates have graduated from High Maritime Academies, Maritime Colleges and Marine School for ratings, and they have good seagoing experiences of working onboard of different kind of ships and boats.

The Agency always has a large updated pool of crew members in reserve at all ranks. These crew members are in short notice readiness and available upon request by our Principals and Clients.

Moreover, we offer recruitment of duly qualified, licensed, certified and experienced navigators and engineers, engine room and deck ratings, personnel for offshore employment, shipyards' specialists, passenger ship and boat crew etc.
